Paint Ball Panic
You must shoot and jump through coloured obstacles to make your way to the end of each level in this colour themed 2D platformer.
This game was made for the HexCode Game Jam.

Controls:
Arrow Keys to move.
Z to dash
X to jump
C to shoot
V to switch colour
Enter to pause
I used Born2bSportyV2 by JapanYoshi as the main font and Funky Future 8 as the colour palette.

The game is incredibly unresponsive. Other than running and moving, actions only happen once every random number of presses. Mashing the keys are the only way to TRY to navigate the levels. Gave up just past the first level's wall jump section (where you collect the yellow object).
I tested this with both the downloadable and browser-based version, and it's just... highly inconsistent and unplayable.
Game was fun and challenging overall. Good concept to use with the limited amount of colors. I liked having the slow down of time while switching between colors. The controls felt a little unresponsive at time when using any of the zxcv keys. Using those keys also felt awkward as I would forget which key was which at times.
At the end of level 4 it felt easier to run jump across all the sponges at their smallest size.
